On 7 June 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma and Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Ombudsman for Future Generations Dr. Gyula Bándi visited the Observatory of the Zselic Park of Stars, where they participated in a professional guided tour. Following that, they inspected several sites of the Zselic Forest managed by SEFAG Ltd., thanks to which they got a comprehensive overview of forest management in the region.

On 7 June 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma and Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights responsible for the protection of the interests of future generations Dr. Gyula Bándi paid a visit to the Danube-Drava National Park.

At the sitting of the National Assembly held on 8 June 2021, Ombudsman Dr. Ákos Kozma reported on the activities of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and his Deputies in 2020. The parliamentary discussion of the report was also attended by Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Ombudsman for the Rights of National Minorities Dr. Elisabeth Sándor-Szalay and Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Ombudsman for Future Generations Dr. Gyula Bándi.

On 26 and 27 May 2021, the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights attended the annual General Assembly and global online conference of the International Ombudsman Institute, i.e. IOI.

On 26 May 2021, Ombudsman Dr. Ákos Kozma and the staff members of the Department for Equal Opportunities and Children’s Rights of the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights visited an institution operated by the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta, called “Gondviselés Háza” (House of Providence) – Home for Disabled Persons.

Dr. Ákos Kozma visited the Hungarian–Slovakian border at the Monostor and Elisabeth bridges in Komárom. He was received at the border crossing points by dr. Szilveszter Bolehradsky, Police Colonel, Chief Police Counsellor, Head of the Komárom Police Department.
