Dr. Ákos Kozma was informed about the current situation at the Hungarian-Ukrainian border, the measures taken to speed up border crossing, the circumstances of the reception of refugees arriving from Ukraine in Hungary through Beregsurány, and the experience gathered by the staff on duty at the border so far.

The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary, Dr. Ákos Kozma, visited the Vámosszabadi Reception Centre, operated by the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing.
Dr. Kozma was joined by Dr. Domonkos Wildner, General Director for Police Complaints. They were welcomed by Brigadier General Dr. Sándor Gömbös, Director General of the Directorate-General for Aliens Policing.
