Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary Dr. Ákos Kozma introduced the children's rights mobile educational unit on December 5 and December 9, 2024, during the broadcast of two daily programmes of the news channel HírTv.

The uniquely modified bus visits children's homes and schools, promoting children's awareness of their rights. The mobile educational program consists of three stages. First, children watch a short film tailored to their age group. Next, with the help of facilitators, participants test their knowledge through an online quiz. As an additional entertaining element, a prize wheel and a "grab bag" surprise packet game allow children to win small gifts.
