Dr Ákos Kozma Holds Bilateral Meeting with Czech Ombudsman

Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr Ákos Kozma held a bilateral meeting with Czech Ombudsman Dr Stanislav Křeček in Visegrád on 22 October 2021. 

At the meeting with the Czech Ombudsman, the question of deepening the relations between the institutions of the two countries performing the state responsibility of protecting fundamental rights was mentioned. The ombudspersons underlined that the exchange of knowledge and best practices accumulated by the two institutions is of great importance with a view to a future cooperation. 

The parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding, for mutual support, and for launching joint projects.
