Submitting a public interest disclosure/whistleblower report
- via the electronic system, using the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Orally via the Client Service. Please, make an appointment in advance: at phone number 06-1-475-71-00, or electronically. The procedure is free of charge. If possible, please, attach the copies of the existing documents that may be relevant to the inquiry.
A public interest disclosure/whistleblower report can be submitted via the electronic system with or without identification by the Hungarian Client Gate. In the case of reports submitted without identification, the OCFR will send an identification letter to the reporting person. Identification can be done in two ways: by returning the signed acknowledgement receipt to OCFR upon receipt of the letter, or by logging in to our website (https://www.ajbh.hu), using the 8-digit identification number (sent in our letter) and the password provided at the time of notification. Following up the status of the report is also possible through the electronic system, using the same combination: identification number and password.
