Ombudsman Visits Pilis Park Forestry Ltd.

On 21 April 2022, Dr. Ákos Kozma paid a visit to the Pilis Park Forestry Ltd. The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was informed about the operation of the forestry in the company of State Secretary for Forests Mr. Péter Zambó.

On 21 April 2022, Dr. Ákos Kozma paid a visit to the Pilis Park Forestry Ltd. The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was informed about the operation of the forestry in the company of State Secretary for Forests Mr. Péter Zambó.

The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was received by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gábor Reinitz and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Forest Management and Nature Conservation Dr. Péter Csépányi, who gave information about sustainable forest management in protected areas with a view to the preparation for climate change. After being shown around at the Boldog Özséb Lookout Tower and the Mexikó-Puszta Pro Silva Exemplary Forest, the visitors closed the professional programme by visiting the Prédikálószék Lookout Point.
