The last visit to the Office of the Commissioner took place in October 2017.  The members of the delegation were aware of the contents of the comprehensive annual Report on the NPM activities of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights in 2017, therefore they wanted to find out about the work done in 2018 and the experience gained during the visits to places of detention paid by the National Preventive Mechanism established under the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention against Torture (OPCAT).
