Dr. Ákos Kozma Receives Ambassador of Germany to Hungary in his Office

On 23 September 2021, the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights received H.E. Johannes Haindl, Ambassador of Germany to Hungary for an introductory visit in his Office.

On 23 September 2021, the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights received H.E. Johannes Haindl, Ambassador of Germany to Hungary for an introductory visit in his Office. 

During the bilateral meeting, the Ombudsman informed the Ambassador about the priority tasks of the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, especially regarding its activities in connection with the protection of the rights of children and the most vulnerable social groups, as well about the extension of its competences.

At the end of the meeting, both H.E. Ambassador Johannes Haindl and Dr. Ákos Kozma expressed their hope regarding possibilities of future cooperation.

The session focused on Report no. B/7848 on the activities of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary and his deputies in 2023.
