Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Greets School Guard of the Year

On 21 September 2021, dr. Ákos Kozma congratulated Mrs. Tamásné Kulcsár, the recipient of a recognition called “School Guard of the Year” in Miskolc. The award was granted to Mrs. Kulcsár by Police Lieutenant-General dr. János Balogh, National Chief of Police. Mrs. Kulcsár performs her duties at the Gvadányi József Primary School in Rudabánya, which is located in the territory of competence of the Kazincbarcika Police Department.

In the course of her work, Mrs. Kulcsár has already made signals to the local family support services on many occasions, and she also works in close cooperation with the school psychologist.
